The Process is Simple – AND EFFECTIVE!

Managing Performance Priorities is a web-based E-Mail program where a manager and their direct and indirect reports can simultaneously manage weekly or monthly game plans. Each Game Plan establishes Priorities for a particular Strategy, Project or Goal be completed in a certain time frame.

The PLAYER

The Player or employee, determines the tasks and priorities to be completed and submits a game plan to their Coach (Manager). The Coach reviews the plan and either approves or requests revisions.

The COACH

 The MPP System notifies the COACH by Email that a Game Plan is ready to Review. The Coach reviews the plan and can APPROVE as its or Revise and make comments. Game plans are stored and tracked.

Personal accountability is held by everyone involved and employees have the comfort of knowing their plan of action is approved before they are on their way. With this level of communication, time wasted on the wrong tasks and duplication of efforts is significantly reduced as is frustration and loss of productivity.
